All Big C stores in Vietnam

By presenting a Vietnamese Identity Card or a Passport (for foreigners only), filling in and signing the member registration form, every customer aged 18 years and upwards may become a member of the Big C Loyalty Program (called hereinafter the “Member”).

The Member shall be issued a plastic Big C Member Card and relevant Key Fob (with the same value) for free.

The Member allows Big C supermarkets to use the information provided in the registration form and all other data related to his shopping habits in Big C supermarkets for direct marketing activities, statistic and program management purpose. All Members data will be kept confidential.

Big C Member Card and relevant Key Fob are exclusively dedicated to consumers and cannot be used by wholesalers and for any other commercial purpose.

Big C Member Card and relevant Key Fob are strictly personal and nominative. They can only be used by the person whose signature is on the registration form.

With Big C Member Card and relevant Key Fob, Members will enjoy the benefits of Big C Loyalty Program such as discounts and special member prices on a selection of items promoted by Big C supermarkets in Vietnam.

The collection of loyalty benefits is just available by handing over the original Big C Member Card or relevant Key Fob to the cashier upon the payment for each purchase in Big C supermarkets in Vietnam.

All advantages cannot be payable or refundable in cash.

Vietnamese Identity Card or Passport can be requested when using Big C Member Card or relevant Key Fob and for taking profit of loyalty advantages

Big C Member Card and relevant Key Fob can be used at Big C supermarkets participating to the Big C Loyalty Program and with other promotional partners who may from time to time be part of the Big C Loyalty Program.

Only Espace Big C An Lac can determine the Big C Member Card and relevant Key Fob benefits as well as their utilization conditions in terms of validity date and participating supermarkets.

Big C Member Card and relevant Key Fob remain the property of Big C supermarkets which reserve the right at any time to:
(i) Modify or terminate the Big C Loyalty Program;
(ii) Decline to issue the Big C Member Card and relevant Key Fobs;
(iii) Withdraw or cancel the Big C Member Card and relevant Key Fob on reasonable grounds.

Reasonable grounds include any abuse or attempted abuse of the Big C Loyalty Program in a manner which is contrary to these terms and conditions or any reasonable suspicion of dishonesty from a Member in connection with this scheme.

In case of loss or damage, the Member is responsible to notify it and to contact one of Big C supermarkets in Vietnam for a new card at a cost of 10.000 VND per set. Big C will not be liable to accumulate loyalty benefits in any case of card loss.

The Big C Member Card and relevant Key Fob will be inactivated in case of non use during last 12 months.

Notice and changes related to Big C Loyalty Program will be announced in Big C supermarkets in Vietnam
