Installment service of electronic appliances is applied at several Big C stores (Big C Thang Long, Hai Phong, Vinh, Nam Dinh, Vinh Phuc, Thanh Hoa, Da Nang, Hue, Dong Nai, Phu Thanh, An Lac). Customers can pay installment for electronic appliances (TV, washer, refrigerator,…) with simple procedure. Please contact the reception area for more information.

If you want to change your original store of the newsletter, please fill in the email you used previously and choose your new preferred store.

Does Big C usually have promotion programmes? How long will they last?
Big C promotion programmes usually last for 19 days and starts on Wednesday. Each of the programme will have unique theme which is designed appropriately due to customers demand. Especially on the last 3 days of the week, Big C does have special promotion on fresh food at good price, high quality and guaranteed safety goods (from VSATTP).
Can I return the products to Big C?
Customers can exchange or return the products bought in a specific Big C under those conditions:
- Items must be goods bought from Big C store, with the corresponding bill (goods can only be exchanged/returned to the Big C where they were bought).
- Items have to be returned within a certain period of time after purchasing (within 72 hours for electronic appliances, 48 hours for other products).
- Packages, labels should not be torn or opened, item not damaged in terms of shape and quality.
Some items can not be exchanged or return for hygiene reasons:
- Fresh food, delicatessen, frozen food, and all items that should be stored in refrigerator (ham, yogurt, butter, milk,…), underwear, items sold at clearance price.
- Note for electronic appliance products: please contact the specific store for more information.
What should I do if my electronic appliances have error features?
If the electronic appliances have error features, customers can return/exchange within 72 hours. After 72 hours, please contact our Warranty service center for more information.
Do electronic appliances have warranty?
All the electronic appliances will have warranty. Our staffs at electronic section are always willing to consult and guide you how to use the products and they will give you the warranty card.
How can I check the toy which I want to buy is in a good condition?
You can require for checking at the reception area or Customer service center (Big C An Lac, Big C Thang Long).
How can Big C be sure that all the fresh food is always good?
• All the contracts between Big C and suppliers are always based on the conditions for food hygiene and safety by Vietnamese Law.
• Food safety checking is always done at the stock house when food is just delivered.
• After the quality checking, food will be delivered to store and they will be often checked again. Otherwise, they will be delivered to the cold storage for daily checking.
• Especially for Ebon products, Big C production has been always based on the strict rules of HACCP standards.
How can I be updated about new promotion programmes of Big C?

What is the difference between white price tag and yellow price tag?
The white price tag implies the normal price of product, whereas yellow price tag implies promoting price (yellow price tag also informs the ending day of the promotion programme).
