Big C stores and our services

Be confident - Be pleased - Whenever you shop at Big C.
  1.
Big C commits that our products are always recognized at check-out counter (except for electronic appliances).

If any item is not identified at check-out counter and Big C can not solve the problem within 5 minutes, we will offer this product to customer for free.

   
  2.
Big C commits that we do not sell expired products.

For any expired product, customers will be offered a same product (not yet expired) or similar product (without exceeding 110% value if the expired product) in case out of stock.

Big C commits that customers can exchange/ return items within 48 hours.

(Not applied to: fresh food, delicatessen, frozen food, all items that should be stored in refrigerator, electronic appliances, underwear, items sold at clearance price).

Big C commits that we always listen to customers and will give our feedback within 5 days.

   
  5.
Big C commits that all products on our catalogue are always available at stores.

In case out of stock (during period of promotion program), customers can order with maximum quantity of 5 units/ items and they will receive within 8 days (except the quantity of item is identified or written "limited quantity" on the catalogue).

   
 

6.
Big C commits that customers can exchange electronic appliances within 72 hours (*).

In case the bought item has error due to the manufacturer or supplier's fault, Big C will exchange a new same item (the same barcode) for customer.
