When you go shopping at Big C Supercenter, our receptionists are always willing to wrap your presents for free.
Alteration
Customers can ask our staffs at the fitting room area to alter free the clothes bought at Big C to the suitable size.
Return/exchange products
- Customers can exchange or return the products bought in a specific Big C under those conditions:
• Returned/ Exchanged items must be bought from Big C store, with the corresponding bill (goods can only be exchanged/returned to the Big C where they were bought).
• Items have to be returned within a certain period of time after purchasing (within 72 hours for electronic appliances, 48 hours for other products).
• Packages, labels should not be torn or opened, item not damaged in terms of shape and quality.
- Some items can not be exchanged or return for hygiene reasons: Fresh food, delicatessen, frozen food, and all items that should be stored in refrigerator (ham, yogurt, butter, milk,…), underwear, items sold at clearance price.
- For electronic appliances: please contact the specific store for more details.
- Note: for electronic appliance products, return is allowed only if the product still has the default.

All electronic appliances at Big C have warranty. Our staffs at the electronic appliances department are always willing to guide you how to use the products and the warranty card.

Red Bill (Value Added Tax Bill)
- At all Big C stores after getting the receipt at cashier counter, you can come to customer service center to ask for Value Added Tax bill (Red bill).

The installment services (for some typical electronic appliances) are applied at Big C Thang Long, Hai Phong, Vinh Phuc, Nam Dinh, Vinh, Hue, Da Nang, Dong Nai, Phu Thanh and An Lac. Payment by card
You can use credit card for purchasing at Big C stores throughout the country. All stores accept Visa, Master, Amex, and JCB Card. For more information about the acceptable credit card, please contact the store where you shop.
